System Overview
- The Dispatch Dialer by Syngistics Telephony Systems, LLC is a PC based system that allows a dispatch technician
to quickly and automatically contact multiple simultaneous service technicians in order to dispatch them for work assignments.

System Functionality
The system operates in the following manner:
- Lists of possible problems are maintained in a database.
- A list of skills required to satisfy the problem is maintained in a database
- A list of service technicians is maintained in a database.
- A list of skills that each service technician posses is maintained in a database.
- A list of schedules is maintained for each technician.
- When the dispatch technician begins a dispatch session, they open a new "Service Ticket".
- The Dispatch Dialer system dials the dispatch technician and "locks-them-up", keeping them on the phone.
- The Dispatch Dialer then makes multiple simultaneous calls to the scheduled service technicians.
- Once a service technician is contacted, the Dispatch Dialer plays a voice file to keep them on the phone
until the dispatch technician can connect with them.
- The dispatch technician receives a list of service technicians that have been contacted and are on hold.
The dispatch technician selects the service technician to speak with, and the Dispatch Dialer connects the dispatch technician with the service technician.
- Once the service technician accepts the job, the dispatch technician can terminate the dispatching session
without needing to talk with any of the service technicians on hold.
- Once the service ticket is closed, the Dispatch Dialer hangs up on the dispatch technician.
Reports
The Dispatch Dialer has the ability to generate reports for the following:
- All Service Technicians
- On-Call Schedule
- On-Call Schedule Holes – Shows times when no service technician is on call due to requested time off, vacation, etc…
- All Problems
- Skills required to service each problem
- All Skills
