 The Syngistics "RAM IVR" is a 96 multi port remote agent platform providing Dial In and Dial Out remote connectivity to any PBX or Hybrid Key system. The "RAM IVR" does not require a PBX or Hybrid Key system to operate. The "RAM IVR" can be a stand alone system using analog pots line service from your local dial tone provider, to provide remote agent Dial In and Dial Out services.

 The "RAM IVR" supports 96 ports per system. The 96 ports allows for 48 agents to be logged on at the same time with 48 calls in progress. Calls can be inbound from anywhere transferred to agents located anywhere in the world.  

 The "RAM IVR" will work on any PBX platform which supports ACD agent login and logout functionality via DTMF or CTI integration.
