manufacture and market PC based telecommunications software/hardware appliance solutions for remote agent call center, telecommuting, emergency service dispatch solutions for up to 500 agents or more.

Today Syngistics offers voice recording, automated reporting software and hardware appliance solutions. We are concentrating our sales efforts currently on the remote agent "PSTN voice & VOIP" markets. Our software/hardware appliance solutions are sophisticated and software driven, offering one button access to a wide range of time saving features.
